This is where I write down what I keep noticing—in my own life and in the men I work with.
I keep returning to the same things: feeling, tension, vision and embodiment. How easily we lose contact with what is true. How familiar patterns keep pulling us back, even when we know what we want. What changes when a man can see the pattern, feel what is underneath it and make a different choice.
Some entries begin with something I notice while coaching. Others come from something I’m living through—or still trying to understand myself.
These aren’t finished answers. They’re observations from paying attention.
