This is where I write down what I keep noticing—in my own life and in the men I work with.

I keep returning to the same things: feeling, tension, vision and embodiment. How easily we lose contact with what is true. How familiar patterns keep pulling us back, even when we know what we want. What changes when a man can see the pattern, feel what is underneath it and make a different choice.

Some entries begin with something I notice while coaching. Others come from something I’m living through—or still trying to understand myself.

These aren’t finished answers. They’re observations from paying attention.

I stopped avoiding tension, and it changed everything in a single year. Six years ago, I grew more in one year than I had in the previous ten. I started dating. Quit my corporate job. "Man choosing tension, practical exercise for growth"
about alec

I spent over a decade in a technology career before a wake-up call made me question all of it. That's when I decided to stop waiting and start pursuing the life I actually wanted.

I'm not here to hand you a formula. I'm here to help you see clearly, and find your way back.

Hey, I’m alec
